Whether you are an independent owner operator or, part of a global company, the JDS Service Department offer, and deliver, the same exacting standard of service. Our aim is to keep our clients operational at all times, and in the event of equipment failure we ensure that down time is kept to an absolute minimum because, we realise the impact that equipment failure has on a busy catering operation.

 

Service Contracts

 

We are able to offer two types of service contracts. Firstly we offer a preventative maintenance contract, where we will carry out preventative maintenance tasks as per the equipment schedule, any emergency service calls with this contract are chargeable. We also offer a Labour Inclusive contract where we will carry out the same preventative maintenance tasks however; all repairs and emergency service calls are covered within the contract.
